The new Birmingham City University prospectus not only needed to meet the University’s brand vision of Inspiring Transformation, it need to stand out from the rest. The prospectus was split into two combined formats, the first more playful and the second, structured with course details. This decision was made to break down the information and make it more digestible for undergraduates. As well as creating a memorable format. Every decision within the process was made to reflect to BCU brand values, key components including the paper finish, the clear foil blocking on the front cover and the pastel colours throughout which brought it to life.
